Lecture on Nature-Based Psychotherapy by Hanne Pedersen.
The evening offers an introduction to Nature-based psychotherapy, a relatively new branch of psychotherapy. Nature-based psychotherapy is aimed at those who experience stress, sadness, or have a desire to change your current state. Hanne will talk about how the approach can be used through theory and examples from practice.
The therapy always takes place out in nature, where the cycle of nature and the seasons are involved. In the therapy, hiking, meditation and contact with the body and senses are used, among other things.
Nature-based Psychotherapy, can be performed one to one, as a couple, family, or in a group.
In the evening, Hanne will also inform about upcoming activities including: workshops, group courses and individual courses.
