Come and knit a modern version of the Lyøhuen.
Sebrina Smiszek has made a reinterpretation of the old fishermen's hats from Lyø. Here she has tried to reproduce some of the pattern parts from the old hats on an alpehue/beret.
Together with Sebrina, we each knit our own version of the hat in the historical surroundings of Den Gamle Gaard in Holkegade. There are 30 seats - so buy your ticket now if you want to secure a seat.
The hat is knitted on p. 3. Three different colors are used. Then you have some yarn leftovers that can be used, bring them. And if you need to buy some yarn, there will be an opportunity to buy it for the event.
