If you don't have the courage to run for the DM in ice swimming, here you can try your hand with ice deep and cold thrills in Havnebadet.
The sauna is open, so you can really test what it does for your mood and well-being when alternating between cold and heat.
Knitting by the Sea is ready to guide and cheer, and in “The Blue Point of Support” you can knit yourself to the warmth, where we wait with hot coffee/tea, real yarn hugs and cold kisses (cakes).
