Get the heat up with our smoky hot vegetable soup that we serve with cheese gratinated flute. For the soup we serve a glass of wine. After we have eaten, our local writer and narrator Esther Rützou will present an exciting story by Poul Kinafarer, one of Faaborg's most renowned merchants. An 18th-century peasant boy who stuck at sea learned to trade and travelled all the way to China to fetch valuable silk fabrics and lacquer trays for Faaborg.”
The event is presented in a collaboration between Den Gamle Gaard and Faaborg Fortalescene.
