Together we explore darkness, through our senses, and welcome it, as part of the cycle of year and life. The winter months associate many with gloom and fear, as we can feel vulnerable in the dark. Darkness invites contemplation and a slowness. Through the exercise, participants are invited to stay in the dark, and from a safe place, to go to observe and experience the darkness through the senses.
